Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of Arlington County Busted Mugshots. By browsing or using the service, a visitor accepts them. Anyone who does not accept these terms should not use the site or its search tools.

Arlington County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government body, the Arlington County Sheriff’s Office, ACDF, police, or corrections. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered service. It helps visitors locate Arlington County and Virginia records resources, is not a private investigation firm, and is not a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service. It does not store official Arlington custody, booking, court, or corrections records. It cannot verify custody, release a person, submit official paperwork, or take action for a visitor.

Links may point toward official jail, court, and corrections resources as well as third-party research tools. The relevant government custodian controls its own records, access decisions, and information.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

FCRA Prohibited Uses

External Resources

The site may link to jail rosters, police reporting, court systems, corrections resources, government portals, legal resources, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. Arlington County Busted Mugshots does not control an outside site’s content, data practices, availability, or terms, so visitors should review the terms that apply there.

Service Provided As Is

The site is offered as is and as available. No promise is made that information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or sufficient for a particular purpose. Partner search results may also be incomplete or unsuitable for a visitor’s question.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from a sheriff, court, jail, or government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arlington County Busted Mugshots and its owners, providers, and partners are not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an external link.

Indemnity

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its owners, providers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a different owner is identified, the site’s text, graphics, logo, design, and code belong to Arlington County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.
